1. About Barakah Dairies

Barakah Dairies provides Desi Ghee and related dairy products to customers in Pakistan. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Barakah Dairies, while “you” and “customer” refer to the person using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not:

• Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Place fraudulent orders or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website.
• Copy or commercially reuse our content without written permission.

We may restrict access to the website if these terms are violated.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, availability, and prices. Because Desi Ghee is a natural food product, its colour, aroma, texture, or consistency may vary slightly between batches. These natural differences do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

Packaging may also differ slightly from images shown on the website.

4. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our Desi Ghee is produced from dairy ingredients and may not be suitable for people with certain milk allergies or dietary restrictions. Customers should review the label before consumption.

Website information is provided for general purposes only and is not medical advice. If you have an allergy, medical condition, or dietary concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product.

5. Orders

Your order is considered accepted after confirmation from Barakah Dairies by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or another available method. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable.
• Product or pricing information contains an obvious error.
• Your delivery or contact information is incomplete.
• We cannot verify the order or reasonably suspect fraud.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded through an available payment method.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, mobile wallet, or online payment.

Prices, promotions, and delivery charges may change at any time. Changes will not normally affect confirmed orders, except where an obvious error has occurred.

7. Delivery

We deliver to eligible locations in Pakistan using third-party courier services. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, remote locations, courier disruption, incorrect customer details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and active telephone number. We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information.

8. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the parcel promptly. If it is leaking, damaged, opened, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 to 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs or video of the parcel and product, the courier label, and a description of the issue.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because Desi Ghee is a food product, returns due to a change of mind are generally not accepted after delivery. A replacement or refund may be considered when:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged or leaking.
• The product was expired when delivered.
• An item from the confirmed order was missing.

Products should remain unused and sealed where applicable. Claims are subject to reasonable verification. Approved refunds are processed through an available method and may take additional time because of bank, courier, or payment-provider processing. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

10. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

11. Product Storage

Follow all storage instructions printed on the product label. Keep the jar properly sealed in a clean, cool, and dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, contamination, and excessive heat. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, bundles, giveaways, and discount codes may have separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, or applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw an offer affected by fraud, misuse, or an obvious error.

13. Intellectual Property

Our business name, logo, packaging, photographs, graphics, website text, and design belong to Barakah Dairies or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Barakah Dairies will not be responsible for indirect loss arising from improper product use or storage, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, courier delays outside our reasonable control, temporary website interruption, or unauthorized use of a customer’s device.

For an approved product claim, our responsibility will generally be limited to replacement of the affected item or refund of the amount paid for it, subject to applicable law.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that information needed to process, deliver, and support your purchase may be collected and used.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when required. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts or relevant authorities having lawful jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
