Manufacturing Process

Our desi ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona-inspired method, where fresh milk is first converted into curd, churned to extract butter, and then slow-cooked on low heat until the pure golden ghee separates naturally. This process takes considerably longer than industrial ghee production, but it preserves the natural aroma, granular texture, and nutritional value that define authentic desi ghee.
